Robert is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney who, since 1981, has focused his practice on community association law and to providing legal services to large and small condominium, homeowner, cooperative and timeshare associations.

In addition to being Board Certified, Robert has been rated “AV” Preeminent, the highest possible rating, by Martindale-Hubbell and has been selected as a Super Lawyers for several years, including 2018. Florida Super Lawyers names Florida’s top 5% of lawyers as chosen by their peers. He is also a Certified Mediator for both circuit and county courts.
