Sarah Klein is a member of both the Corporate and Business Litigation Practice Groups. As a member of the Corporate Practice Group, Sarah works with startups, established businesses, and broker-dealer clients on a wide range of corporate and securities matters including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, SEC compliance, capital-raising transactions, and FINRA arbitrations. As a member of the Business Litigation Practice Group, Sarah works on a variety of civil litigation matters involving business and contract disputes, and securities litigation. Sarah is also the editor of and a frequent contributor to the firm’s Biz Law Today blog.
Prior to joining the firm, Sarah’s legal experience included a summer associate position at Dunlap Weaver, PLLC in Leesburg, Virginia and an externship at Gentry Locke Rakes & Moore in Roanoke, Virginia. Sarah also worked as a student attorney in her law school’s Immigrant Rights Clinic.
While in law school, Sarah served as Lead Articles Editor for the German Law Journal, a renowned transnational law journal focusing on foreign, European, and civil law systems. Sarah was also a Quarterfinalist in the Robert J. Grey, Jr. Negotiations Competition in 2013, and served on the Dean’s Advisory Group from 2012 to 2015.
